Standards & ethics

Good work is measured by how people are treated.

Our responsibilities extend beyond the equipment we install. They shape how we treat customers, colleagues, subcontractors and the people throughout our supply chain.

Home / Standards & ethics

Our work ethic

We expect honesty, respect, care and accountability from everyone representing Eco Greenenergy Solutions Group. We aim to arrive prepared, work safely, protect the customer’s property, communicate clearly and take ownership when something needs attention.

Our installers and subcontractors are expected to meet the same professional, technical and customer-service standards. Cutting corners, misleading customers, discrimination, intimidation and unsafe practices have no place in our business.

Modern slavery & responsible sourcing

Zero tolerance for exploitation.

We publish these principles voluntarily as part of responsible business practice. We do not knowingly support forced labour, servitude, human trafficking, child exploitation or abusive working conditions.

Structure & supply chains

We install renewable-energy equipment and work with manufacturers, distributors, employees and specialist subcontractors.

Policy

Modern slavery and human trafficking are prohibited in our operations and are not acceptable within our supply chain.

Due diligence

We favour established suppliers, review concerns brought to us and expect business partners to meet applicable employment and human-rights laws.

Risk awareness

We recognise that outsourced labour, construction work and international equipment supply chains can carry increased labour risks.

Reporting concerns

Concerns should be raised promptly with company management. Reports will be considered seriously and handled as sensitively as possible.

Review & improvement

We will review our approach as the business and supply chain develop, and respond where a concern or weakness is identified.

RECC customer journey

Fair treatment before, during and after the sale.

As a RECC member, we aim to follow the Renewable Energy Consumer Code across the complete customer journey.

BEFORE CONTRACT

Clear, responsible marketing

No high-pressure sales tactics or misleading claims. Information about equipment, costs, performance and finance should be understandable and capable of being checked.

PROPOSAL

Realistic performance information

Estimates and system proposals should use appropriate assumptions, identify limitations and help the customer make an informed choice.

AGREEMENT

Written terms and scope

Customers should receive clear contractual information, the agreed specification, price, payment terms and information about cancellation rights.

PAYMENTS

Responsible payment handling

Deposits, staged payments and finance information should be explained clearly and managed in line with the contract and applicable protections.

INSTALLATION

Professional delivery

Work should be planned, installed and commissioned competently, with changes discussed and recorded rather than assumed.

AFTERCARE

Handover and complaints

Customers should receive appropriate handover information and have access to a fair, accessible process if they need support or wish to raise a complaint.
